None .Since i am a Kenyan i have only the papers to allow me to work in Kenya.But should there be an opportunity elsewhere i would apply for the visas to work there What field do you currently work in? Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering-Examined by the Kenya National Examination Council, Certificate in Computer Parkages Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education. Kenya Certificate of Primary Education Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both Skill and Formal education are crusial but Skills top the list because in Aviation Industry is how u do something that matters not how much you have read about it. Describe the benefits of working with othersor team work? You get to be acquitted with some skills that u did not posses prior to that togetherness. You can perform a larger and complex task easily and faster if you work as a team Describe the benefits of working alone you get the accuracy you need in a particular job since nobody meddles with what you do. The work will be done perfectly since you bare the whole responsibility should anything go wrong What was your worst working experience? Having been told to Disassemble the main Tyre wheel of a CRJ aircraft when in the real sense i knew nothing about it but i did not want to Disappoint my supervisor What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? That it is never stupid,foolish or embarrassing to ask what you do not know.Always ask first if you do not know. What unique skills do you have? Singing,Computer skills What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Being a Licensed Aircraft Engineer with a type rating who can sign out an aircraft of which i am approval What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The fact of trouble shooting a snag,working on it and seeing that it is solved and the initially not working component is now serviceable. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
