Formal educations enhances the knowledge and theorital ability that is a base of practical skills. However skill is more valuable in practical profession such as Trades and Engineering, Adminstration, Banking etc Describe the benefits of working with others Working togeth er enable spirits of team work hence fast production of goods and services, due to easy consultation and remainder to achieve a common goal. -Team work inspire and instil spirits of harmony and sense of individual ownership of projects undetaken among members. -It enables free interactions and learning from each other for the industry's benefits. So far i have not encountered though no Uganda offers no specific Degree course thus abit expensive.
