English and Luganda advanced level

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Any country really will do cause am open to any challenges reason is that i want to expand my horizons and learn new places as i gain better experiences

None

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda Burundi, D.r.c, Nigeria, South Africa, Sudan

What field do you currently work in?

English Languages

What fields have you worked in before?

Adult Literacy

What qualifications do you hold?

Bachelors of Education

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

They are all intertwined and complement each other but i would agree that skills beat formal education

Describe the benefits of working with others

you learn from each other, support one another and you share work load so as to bring out very good work at the end of the day

Describe the benefits of working alone

I don`t like working alone, cause it gets boring and you never have some one there to shoe you your mistakes

What was your worst working experience?

working a whole term and not being paid

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

that team work beats every thing

What unique skills do you have?

good public speaking good at organizing and leading student groups and clubs counseling and guidance

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

teaching in a large college

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

working with young people. the dynamics are simply great. you get to meet people form different backgrounds and societies and that's simply great

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

in Uganda long hours and poor pay
