Both are very important,but formal education exposes you to a better chance in a way that you get to understand the skills/practical bit better after the theory. Describe the benefits of working with others You get the opportunity to learn new methods/ways of doing things. A problem shared is a problem solved. Describe the benefits of working alone You get to gain self confidence way faster and you somehow get to discover ways of doing things on your own which enriches up self confidence. What was your worst working experience? When an angle grinder nearly took off my knee during my Engineering practical training at a water works workshop in Uganda. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Everyone is important and has a particular way in which he/she can contribute to a given society or organization,this level of output/contribution can be boosted by the mode of leadership in that organization. What unique skills do you have? • I have viable skills in various computer applications; this entails Microsoft Office Package, Adobe PageMaker, solid edge, scilab, and Computer maintenance and addressing. • I also have soft skills such as time management, negotiation and teamwork • I have strong organizational, analytical, writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills. • Am willing to travel both locally and internationally • Self-regulated and motivated • Able to work under pressure, set priorities and meet tight deadlines • Am a goal oriented and strategic leader • I also have driving skills with a certified driving permit What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
