Formal education or skills and why? Both because formal education gives you the required theory and work methods and the skills enable you to implement what you studied effectively. What was your worst working experience? -I was supervising a road project and some one threatened to kill me saying we had extended the road in his land. What are your professional strengths? • Priced and supervised a 113.2 million gravel road project. • Executed (440m2, 680m2, 370m2 …) bituminous hot premix parking yards from sub grade preparation, sub base construction, hot mixing to laying. • Executed (1, 2, 3, 4 …) storied building projects in all aspects. • Directed, supervised, recruited and motivated workforce (80+) on a 4.35km labour based road project by imparting continuous on job training to them. • Recently removed and reinstalled 600mm dia culvert line using 4 workers. • Supervised single and double surface dressing road projects.
