Am very fluent at English,I speak basic Luganda and Lusoga What country or area are you looking to work in and why? Uganda because i feel i can easily adjust to the conditions in Uganda than other countries. What countries have you worked in? only Uganda What field do you currently work in? Am working in an administrative field What fields have you worked in before? i v worked in a financial field,administration field and for a short while i also worked in the education field. What qualifications do you hold? I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business studies with an addition of Education,I also have a UACE certificate with principal passes and also UCE certificate in the first grade. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider skills more valuable because it enables creative and triggers intelligence and thinking,although I believe skills plus formal education would put one on a higher level than another who only has skills without the knowledge of essential things which are got in formal education. Describe the benefits of working with others working with others enables one acquire team spirit and passion in achieving the organization/company's vision and values. It also brings about social satisfaction in the work place. In case,one doesnot know anything,he/she can be easily helped. Describe the benefits of working alone working alone makes one make very careful decisions as there might not be any one to correct the mistakes. different skills can be developed when one is working alone,e.g, skills in computer,communication,etc. What was your worst working experience? I once worked in an engineerin firm that was surronded by a market with alot of noise from people and radio speakers,so my concentration level and that of other employees was usualy low,making things worse was the constant headaches we all got,there was no defined time for going to work and leaving work,it was generaly disorganized and worst of all we were never paid for over three months and no allowances at all yet this was not volunteering. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learnt that however knowledgeable one is,there is always something new to learn everyday,so to listen,act,talk less and let God guide. What unique skills do you have? flexibility,very good writing and communication skills,leadership skills along side self motivation,problem-solving skills,team work,skills in organizing several activities. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A job where i feel comfortable and one that can exploit my education,skills and abilities to help me develop as a whole,one which am glad to go to everyday without fear and regrets and one am proud to be apart of. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? you get to know and learn the differnt characters and personalities of people.
