Uganda What field do you currently work in? am still looking for job What fields have you worked in before? trained at UWEC,and i worked as a tourist guide,and worked in the accomodation and also ht e information centre i gave information to the visitors before they tour round.it was fun. What qualifications do you hold? I have just finished a degree in tourism. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider siklls to be more Valuable because,formal education is mental requiring thinking more than performing and skill is performing more than pure thinking. Describe the benefits of working with others working with others is great for motivation and ideas also moral in the work place growth and job satisfaction,building friendship and networking Describe the benefits of working alone Well the fact that i have been working with other people has been a great exprience,but when i get done to alone its not that easy,but i know i have to finish my work.it is a challenge but in the end it pays. What was your worst working experience? in this world there different kinds of people with different problems,so they scream at you,abusive you,they think they are right which i did accepted because even if they are wrong you let it go, because even when you try to explain they will argue with u.i used to be stressed,live late and wake up early,it was hard work for me but i did what i had to do to help the customers in everyway.it wasn't easy. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? firstly i learnt to never be afraid to say i don't know,honesty is the key to any career,to be confident,and also it is only with a great team that you can make a good product,and to accept my mistakes and thats just a new learning opporunity,learn to sorry,share my knowlege with other,then be a good listener especially when am dealing with a client,manage my time effectively and life balance. What unique skills do you have? i am charming person and friendly,am hard working,i like singing and acting,working with people ,helping people when can,am good at customer care and i can cook.haaahaaa! What would you consider as your 'dream job'? my dream Job is opening up a club that is unique with a stage where i can sing and as well as other musicians,a club that is so big and people from different place can party,the entrance will be free any time no paying,and their will be fire wax on the days that i choose and there will one round drink on the house.that is part of my dream job. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? meeting new people,learning their behaviours,i enjoy interacting with people and help them,working with my team gives me more hope for something better to come. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? working late and then waking up early is a hustle but i try my best do do what i can,when i used to do training i had to use my own money forr transport and yet i had to buy breakfast and supper it wasn't easy.
