Formal education or skills and why? Depends. Most of my learning has come through practical expeience, but academics is important as well. You gain wisdom through experience, but you gain knowledge through learning. It's a process that goes on through our life forever. Describe the benefits of working with others There is an old saying of "two heads are better than one." A lot more can be occomplished in a group than by an individual alone. Describe the benefits of working alone Greater focus and objectivety. You can focus on a single goal and make dicisions quicker wiht one person thant wiht a committe. In this case one head is better than two. What was your worst working experience? None. I've gain somehting through all I've done and been through. Whether it be a good experience or a bad, I've grown through all my experiences. You mostly learn through your hard experiences anyway. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Patience is a virtue. You can't force matters and when it's time for something to happen and it's right, it will happen. What unique skills do you have? Experience. I've experience a lto of positive and negative in my life and have grown from it all. I'm very analytical and am able to articulate well my ideas. I've worked adn managed many people in my life. I understand people and what they are really after. I pride myself on being able to see inside of matters and get to the truth or heart of a situation quickly and make decisions to remedy any problem quickly. You might say I'm very perceptive. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A job were a feeing of occomplishment and success is met. Making enough money so as nto to have to worry about were my next paycheck is coming from. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The constant dynamics of waht I do. Nothing is the same everyday. Everyday is a new set of challenges and issues to deal with. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? When there is nothing to do. How do you see yourself amoung others? As a peer--not above and not beneath.
