The Valagua Metro District was established in order to provide the financing and construction, installation of public improvements that are necessary to serve the development: water, sanitation, storm, streets, parks and recreation, traffic and safety controls, telecommunication systems, transportation, mosquito and pest control, and fire protection. Computer Applications I’m familiar with all commonly used civil engineering computer software including AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Project and many others: • StormCAD, FlowMaster, CulvertMaster and PondPac: For projects that require storm sewer design and analysis and Pond or series of ponds storage capacities under dynamic conditions. • Water CAD: A domestic water distribution system modeling software, for modeling hydraulics, operations and fire flows. • HEC RAS and Boss River CAD: Open Channel River modeling software. • TR-20: For the hydrologic modeling of areas greater than 300 acres. • AutoTurn: Analyze and evaluate vehicle maneuvers for projects such as intersections, roundabouts, bus terminals, loading bays or any on/off-street projects involving access, clearance, and maneuverability checks.
