In united arab emirates(especially dubai). Ever since i was in university, i have been very surprised by the progress this country is making in sectors other than agriculture, but agricultural development in dubai in not as such, as compared to the other secrots, under these circumstance i want to put my effort in boosting dubais agricultural development.( And i think it is dubai which i can find ground to show my capabilities) What countries have you worked in? Only my country. What countries do you have a visa to work in? None. What field do you currently work in? i am warking as a graduate assistant( asisting lectures and handling practicals and warking and advising in the agricultural field in our area) in the only one agricultural college in my country. What fields have you worked in before? Ever since i accomplished my bachelor degree in animal science, i was assigned in the college because of my educational merit. and still i am warking in that college. What qualifications do you hold? animal nutritionist, animal breeder, range land manager, beekerper and camel production. I have been warking in these fields intensively since my recruitment. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education is the basic to develope good skills, especially in agriculture if you don't have a backgroud in formal education you can not bring new changes to this area of specialization, you can not alter the traditional way to the modern way of farming, but after formal education you should have to work hard inorder to develope skills on what you knew theoretically. Describe the benefits of working with others I believe unity is strength, the work done by one mind can not be compared with that worked by more minds, there is also exchanging of expereince and ideas. Describe the benefits of working alone you will be free from any extraneouse pressure, and sometimes intervention from other people could hurt especially and warking alone could help you to uplift your self confidence and your descion making. What was your worst working experience? i never have worst working experience What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Stagnancey is death, you should have a power of descion making if you are going to make change, other wise if you are only managing what you already have you can not compete with the changeing warld, you should have to raise new ideas and try to innovate and diffuse important ideas to the community, What unique skills do you have? Computer Maintenance. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Farmer What are the most interesting aspects of your field? All practical works are very interesting. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? giving lectures are boring and rooting so they are least interesting. how is your wark habit.
