i think both are valuable on their own places,because a formal studies gives us only the information about things,but skill is the thing which makes a man practical in life.because he is doing the work and facing the problems day to day in daily life routine.

in working hours,when i say i want the work on time then it must have to be done,rather than there will be no excuses accepted..in working hours do not want any kind of disturbance..when say yes i am willing to do this work then after completion of work i'll take breath.
