Skills. As i believe educational knowledge is thoeritical and might depent on memorizing, while skills is more pracitcal and shows what you can really achieve. Just like an American who doesnt have the "skill" of teaching English

What was your worst working experience?
teaching (now) as its the first time to be working with female colleagues only who do not accept it when you are a good employee even if your success doesnt affect them

to know what you are really looking for in a job and to settle in one job to have experience

i believe im a fast learner, hard worker, flexible and gain my employers' trust quickly. i do not accept the fact that someone else might preform my job in a better way than myself so i always do more han my best

- a well reputed and known place - where work hard and get well paid - interacting with people (like customers)
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
my meanwhile field is a kindergarten English teacher. dealing with children is amazing, im using my presonality in revealing new information to them in the easiest way. the magic about it is when a parent expresses that her child likes English because of me being his teacher
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
i do not tend to management positions like to be a supervisor or an HOD so if i keep on teaching, i will always have the same position

Why do do i think i should hire you although you have no experience in my field? i shallsay: Sir/ Madam, i have been lucky enough throughout my career to meet people who "tried me" and i always proved them right to believe i can do it. i have so much energy and self motivation that enables me to be the best employee in the field im interest in and feel im qualified for :)
