Design 3D models for private engineering firm and also sell computers.

Worked in BPOs and even have my own bussiness of dealing in computer hardware and software and also specialised in gaming. Have quite a sufficient knowledge in computer maintenance and servicing.
What qualifications do you hold?
Bachelors in Computer Application, MAYA(Modelling), 3Ds Max(Modelling, Texturing, Lightning, Mental Ray Rendering), Photoshop Cs3, Sound Forge, Combustion, After Effects.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Formal education ofcourse provides basic knowledge but skills are more necessary because when the final output is to be presented to the client they wont be asking how much the person who has worked on it is qualified, but they will see how the work is done and if their requirements have been fulfilled or not. Skilled work is rather more necessary than certificates.

There are times when we need a bit of help. No one is 100% perfect. At times help from a person in the same field is required and even the most important thing is if a friendly but a competitive enviroment is available then work turns out to be fun.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
In a career that has been just started am yet to learn a lot, but 1 thing is for sure "Not to work just as a formality to work but to work for the betterment of your work place".

Am good at nealry all the things related to computer. Have good knowledge regarding programming, have a business of selling computers and even maintenance since last 3 years. Have a good communication skill, soft skills and fluency in English.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
Watching structures, interiors and building in construction that has been 3D modelled and textued by only me.

Yes i certainly can work as per the company's requirments if am provided with the package that is atleast giving justice to my skills and work. ! thing I can assure is that "Dissatisfaction" will never be felt by the employer as it has never been felt till date by the previous ones.
