What field do you currently work in? I am currently working in a medical Laboratory after I have worked in the University of Ibadan for 35years and retired in the Research/Teaching Laboratory as Assistant Chief Technologist. What fields have you worked in before? Teaching/Research Lab. in the University and Medical Lab. centres. What qualifications do you hold? Certificate in Nigerian Institute Of Science Technology, City and Guide(London) Institute Of Science Technology, Associate Member of Institute of Science and Technology. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Intelligent,passion,character,Intuitions,motivation and skills. We need formal education and we know that skills are important in all professions. Describe the benefits of working with others Teamworks makes life easier for us. Everyone has a bad day, but it makes you to think and give room for improvement. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I learnt to be patient because not every good things come easily. What unique skills do you have? As a Medical LAboratory Technologist and Medical Transcriptionalist. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To own a Medical Diagnostic Laboratory. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Diagnosis on blood samples, Physiologcal function of the human body and the effects of diseases on human blood. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
