Well in my view both education and skills are necessary to be a good employer .Once you get educated in your field it is your skills which help you in your career. Describe the benefits of working with others It is always beneficial to have an association behind you that will enhance and polish your skills. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone is the thing which one has to face while go out for job.With inner skills and firm belief on oneself gets success for him. What was your worst working experience? Once I went for a complain of machines out of city.I have to come home on the same day due to law and order situation.Thank God the complain was solved quickly which enable me to come home in evening. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Never give up and hard work are the lessons I have learnt from my career.At times one feel little desperate but you will benefit from your hardwork and the abilites you have. What unique skills do you have? I can work in tough situations.For instance you have less time to run the machine from out of order. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To manage the team of engineers What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Biomedical field is so vast and expanding it gives u an insight of what is happening in your body say a cell to a complex organ like brain.So, I always find interesting reading biomedical books which helps me to know better understanding of my field What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
