Formal education or skills and why? I would not have been able to be as good of a Chiropractor as I am without my education however I learned my volleyball coaching skills by observation and mentoring. Working in Rotterdam for a boss who would not converse with me and instead things got difficult for both of us. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
