What type of job are you looking for?

Sir I am looking for a job which involves less of paper work and more of energy. As to be a part of the Front Office Department best suits my desires. To Be on the desk with a smiling face and an active work force to welcome the guests and help them go about with the registration procedures trying to up sell the hotel rooms as and when possible with utmost marketing abilities is what I am looking for. I am also interested in the aviation.

What nationality are you?

Sir I am Siddesh Bandekar a citizen of India resided in Mumbai

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

i can speak read and write English Hindi Marathi konkani-Goa

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

I am looking for a job overseas in locations like U.A.E, U.S.A etc as these locations will best suit my desires.

What countries have you worked in?

was In Hotel J.W. Marriott –India Mumbai where I was trained for a period of 1 month in the Front Office Department which was a learning experience for me as well as for a period of 6 months program in the rest of the Head Departments of the property. At this period I have grasped most of the work related behavior and enhanced my stamina and capabilities with a positive and confident body language with the motive to have a bright career ahead of me.

What field do you currently work in?

None i am a fresher Sir at the movement I am awaiting my results of.B.H.T.M.S. (I.e. Bachelor in Hotel & Tourism Management Studies) which I will be receiving from the University Of Mumbai in near August. I have completed my Higher Secondary School from The St.Annes College-Mumbai. I have been an above average student in my educational history.

What fields have you worked in before?

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

formal education plays the role of the foundation whereas personal skills and abilities are the practical pillars to one success. i believe one can do without education but he might not go a long way if he lacks skills and abilities needed to cope up work related behavior.

Describe the benefits of working with others

to be a team player which i have practiced most of the times is the best of all talents that one might posses. a lone worker forwards his ideas to another employee who judges it and finds its strength out which is safer prospect to decision making on the other hand. its always been this way untied we stand and divided we may not stand that well. that's whats the definition of an industry is where business is forwarded together with a combined effort of all.

What was your worst working experience?

none as far the more positively you accept your work the more innovative and appealing you find it is what i feel. to me work is not something that will turn out to be worst ever as i feel work is worship.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

i have learned that throughout our life we have to keep learning. we always need to mold our skills and talents we have gathered in our past to reach the not only our but also the aims and objectives of the company as a whole.

What unique skills do you have?

As a person I am dedicated to my work with a positive approach and would willingly go out of my way for the benefit of your Hotel Industry. i am an optimistic person and i believe that hope and patience is the best quality one can posses. to be specific i am always dedicated, committed, to the work i do.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

i have always been fantasized by the aviation industry the reason why i have chosen hospitality as my profession. So that i have asses to hotels , as well as the tourism sectors together. My dream job is to work with a renowned airline company or a reputed 4-5 star hotel industry
