Skills and Qualifications required:- Essential: • Fun personality! • Excellent communication skills • Strong people skills, must enjoy dealing with people • A keen interest within the hospitality sector particularly the youth and student market • The ability and confidence to deal with computer reservations and also telephone switchboard • Must be well organised and able to handle several tasks simultaneously and under pressure • Smart, bubbly & clean appearance • The ability to handle cash (vouchers, foreign currency etc) and to balance all transactions at end of shift • Previous reception experience within the hospitality sector • Good typing ability Desirable: • Relevant qualifications within Travel and Tourism • Complete fluency in another language.
