Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
In my oppinion, the more valuable is formal education. But, some time if you have good skills it might be more valuable.
Describe the benefits of working with others
I think creating relationship,sharing an idea to work better, changing an experiance fore example if i work with you, i will study more experiance with you, by working together we change ower life that means if we work together,the benefite of the campany will be high if the campany has a benefite, ower benefit will be also high. So, working together is beter than working alone. generally,working to others better to share the benefite, to have better experiance, to prevent a problem and healp each other. Evry decition might be together. It has posetive and negative effects. The more is posetive effects.
Describe the benefits of working alone
Working alone i can see in two ways. One is posetive way and the rest is negative way. All decitions will be dicide alone. It means, if he she has good performance to do that thing the benefite will not divided to others. In this way working alone has more benefite. the disadvantage of wprking alone are can not share an experiance with others,any loss,expences and problems will be coverd alone. so i prefer working together instade of working alone.
What was your worst working experience?
It was working in Garage and have got some injory during working period and no body covered medical expences.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
The most importante lesson for me has been learning foreign language like English,french and so on. And also,learning massage terapy hospitality management.
What unique skills do you have?
my unique skill is during working in hotel giving good servise for the clients,helping,assisting, and solving guests satsfaction and needs. Finalle i will be happy. An addition to this, when the guests might not comunicate in English and if the guests speake like french and i will be glade by comunicate in french and solve the guest problems. I addition to this, the way how i give service to the guests will be unique too.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
I bleive one day my dereem job will be reality. So,i had a dreem i.e having a job i Emirats and in any cuntries. And, if god say i will get it.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
Giving a very good service; looking guests(puples)satsfaction; solving puple's problem(needs) as much as i can; comunicate with the puples; creating good relative because i have no a relatives; Finally, having good experiances with other.

helping all puples,giving a very good service and trying to privent the puples(guests) problem,needs. Respecting my job,collegues, clients and boss.
