I consider both education as well as skills is important to do a particular job in a good condition. The compilation of both will help an individual to get promoted in his field and achieve his goals.

While working with others we can learn many skills of working, we can learn many languages, good experience & we can be motivated by seeing others promotion, hick in there salary etc.

While working alone there will be no pressure from others can achieve the desired goals easily and we can do our work indipendantly.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
I have learn that while we are in duty we should concentrate only on job not about family, & friends etc And we should always best from others in a organization to be in a good job position in life.

I don't believe on dreams because with out hard work no dream will come true. My dream is to look my self in a good job position.
