Both skills and education.Without the education you will not have access to any job and employer may not even knows you.Also, without the skills employer may not even create or have interest in you because, employer so much believe in a good skills before they employ.

It is very good because, you will be able to know each other very well.It's also introduced one to many things you don't know.Reason is that if the first one good in this aspect, the second one will good in another aspect also.You will be able to know each other very well inorder to combine the knowledge.
