A skill is an ability to perform some physical action, usually applied to work,Educational level and skill level seem to be mutually exclusive. Education is mental requiring thinking more than performing and skill is performing more than pure thinking. Skills contributes greatly to a our development because this is were we learn all the other things about life that we could not learn at school. Also formal education contributes greatly to our development because this is how the we learn the sciences and arts. It helps us acquire the skills we need for such everyday activities as reading a newspaper or managing money.It also gives training we may need to prepare for a job or career.
Describe the benefits of working with others
When you're working on a team with others, you can encourage one another. You can develop a bond, cultivate a friendship. You can learn how to depend on each other, learn the art of cooperation. You can, potentially, do less while achieving the same standard of work because the other teammates are there to help contribute to the goal as well, so it's not only you that's working hard for something. Other people also have other ways of doing things, and you can learn from their ways.

working alone gives more autonomy and power to decide. it enables acting according to one's judgment without facing criticism. even while working alone, eperts advice and consultations with others can be fruitfully availed but the ulitimate decision will be with one person. working alone is best for those who want no interference with their style and working.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
No one can understand history without continually relating the long periods which are constantly mentioned to the experiences of our own short lives. Succeeding is not really a life experience that does that much good. Failing is a much more sobering and enlightening experience.

I don't Like to be a frob in a well... It gives a person a double culture, a young person opens a door. He can later broaden his abilities by taking inspiration from the different working cultures he discovers.
