Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
I consider both formal education and skills equally as important and valuable as each other. The reason for this is that one requires academic knowledge and practical experience to develop individual learning skills and to contribute to success of the company they work for. This is by putting intopractice what they have actually learnt and by becoming self efficient which would benefit the organisation on a long term basis.

This helps to develop individual communication skills. It allows one to become confident and be able to communicate openly at all different levels by working with a diverse workforce.
It helps build trusts and excellent working relationships where you can discuss issues openly and share best knowledge and experiences.

This can be helpful when one os trying to revise or memorise something where a high level of concentration is required.
What was your worst working experience?
Not had one so far as all my working experiences have been challenging and allowed me to develop further and advance my career.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
To be honest at all times and confident within yourself to help achieve all set goals and targets. Be positive and communicate openly with your work colleagues.

IT – Fluent in the use of Microsoft Packages – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, regular user of the internet and email, SAS Programming and Liner Programming programmes also used

To be a Project Manager/Senior Manager/HR Officer and to continue to advance my career.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
KEY QUALITIES
TEAM WORK - As a Higher Officer at HMRC I have demonstrated the enthusiasm and motivation to succeed as part of the large, diverse organisation in making this new project a great success.
ORGANISATION - I was actively involved in organising and setting up of the new project and recruitment process for the evening shift at HMRC in Leicester office. I held interviews and arranged meetings with all stake holders to form the structure.
COMMUNICATION - Extensive independent travel, varied work experience and delivery of presentations as part of work and my degree course developed my confidence to deal with people at all levels. I have had to make instant decisions and respond to queries from other people and this required quick thinking and the ability to deal with enquiries in a diplomatic and efficient manner
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
Don't have any as such as I have interest in my field of work which is mainly management and law.
