Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
I think both because formal education and Skills go hand in hand in achieving maximum performance. However, sometimes it depends on the individuals capability, for example someone might have formal education but not quick or sharp enough to acquire the skills required and vice versa.
Describe the benefits of working with others
Working in a team or group has high benefits as knowledge is shared and therefore people learn from each other, leading to new ideas formed for the long term health of the organisation.
Describe the benefits of working alone
Working alone benefits the individual to think harder and not depend so much on others, therefore you become more responsible, more creative and also manage your time more effectively to meet targets without been delayed for example by another team member.
What was your worst working experience?
Been treated like an outsider just because the team i worked for had a strong bond before and they were not ready to accept any one else to join their team.

Going the extra mile in achieving your organisation targets takes you up the career ladder. Learning at all times is crucial in overcoming challeges set before you.

I have execellent communication, negotiation and listening skills which has enabled me deal with customers effectively and also received numerous awards at work.

my dream job at present is working in any HR role in a big reputable company in Dubai with excellent salary.

Talking to different customers and also dealing with different challenging issues every day.

Coming across customers who are not very cooperative

Yes, am open to anything not just HR related roles. I believe the knowledge and work experience i have gained can be applied to any job role, with the help of training.
