That each day is a new learning experience and that one has never completed learning. It is a continuous ongoing experience to which one must adapt well so as to gain more from others' and own experience and develop better skills and execution

A job where I can grow further than my previous 8 yrs of experience, challenging and managerial which can allow me toi be a part of key decision makings and where I feel that my contributions are enhancing the growth of business and people attached with it

The most interesting aspect is the uniqueness and excitement that apaprel industry can provide since each style/option is unique and needs to be looked at and worked upon from new perspectives. So it is never mundane and allows you to bring abt and practice new ideas and creativity
