Certain tasks can be don individually, without distractions and with more focus. Overall, in a team environment, many tasks need to be completed individually with the leader of the team taking responsibility for the combined effort of the team
What was your worst working experience?
When, having turned around an organisation to a profitable and cash positive position, the parent company decided to divest and sell it to another organisation with little or no experience and destroyed all the hard work taht went into it

Have the best people you can afford in your team, excellent workers, make excellent organisations

People management, getting the best out f each employee. Utilising available resources efficiently and complete and total loyalty to the organisation I work for.
