AND other related leather courses from London institue of city and Guilds Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider both valuable as only after formal education can one apply ones skills and has the opportunity to prove himself to his best. Describe the benefits of working with others Its all about team work, one cannot achieve the layed down goals unless team effort does not come in , thats what i believe in and thats the job of a compitant manager to extract optimum work from his work force Describe the benefits of working alone well, one can achieve personal satisfaction but one cant go alone doing something BIG What was your worst working experience?
