Education along with skill is valuable.Education alone or Skill alone cannot guide you to the end, you need both. Education improves your skill and skill develops confidence inside you. Therefore i cannot imagine them individually.

IF u have good company, u can share things and can use two brains simultaneously to overcome the problems.If u r vigilant enough you can learn mistakes from others and can improve your quality of work.

There is always enough time with u and can manipulate things. You need not to be dependent with others and at last u can have the whole credit of your work from your boss.
What was your worst working experience?
One of my patients died because of our team's mistake....

Be sincere, you will be paid at the end of the day.

I can manage multiple problem at same time and can coordinate with my juniors and seniors very well till now

My family living in splendid lifestyle, nothing else.
