What was your worst working experience?
non, I really enjoied every moment of working, but when you are working in centralization company and all the keys and decisions with the manager you feel tighted and restricted , also when you feel that you are doinga perfect job without appreciations you feel unfair

Never give up to find new experiences, and to stop giving more and more to your job Also I will find a job that respect my talents and skills and aapreciate me as a hrd worker

managing projects, step by step , studying the field of work in all levels, managing my team at work, having a shedule and job Description to all the team, to see where are the conflicts and strengths and weakness at results

I gain to study every personality that I might work with and to see where he/she will fit on within a team of work also I found my self in NGOs work as an activist in cervent and social work

Sure, I deal with multinational projects and traveled to many countries in the area, so it's easy for me to suit in any environment
