Formal education or skills and why? All of them are important, applied well they produce good risults. Knowing how to do a job is very important but of course there is need of continuos education. Describe the benefits of working with others In nursing you can never work alone. Its always a job of team work and this is very important because its about saving lives, protecting them and educating the comunity. Taking care of the sick, conducting deliveries as a midwife, projecting for the mentally sick, taking care of the aged, programming daily nursing care and doing research to help better the care of the patients.
