formal and skills both are very importan. in terms of formal education you learn through thearies and study through out. But having skills is gained through experience, therefore both are very important,

the benefit of working alone is that you are self directed, you work under less pressure and you work harder to acheive your goal.

my worst work experience was, i was slapped by a patient and had cut lip, at the time i felt upset as i was very junior student nurse because of the lack of experience.

My dream job would be working in paradise where there is a sun shine everyday.
