Formal education or skills and why? formal and skills both are very importan. in terms of formal education you learn through thearies and study through out. But having skills is gained through experience, therefore both are very important, Describe the benefits of working with others You can learn from others, because of either their experiences, knowldege. I value the people I work with because of the mixed skills and there is always a learning benefit. Describe the benefits of working alone the benefit of working alone is that you are self directed, you work under less pressure and you work harder to acheive your goal. What was your worst working experience? my worst work experience was, i was slapped by a patient and had cut lip, at the time i felt upset as i was very junior student nurse because of the lack of experience. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Treat Patient as individual and do your best to help others, What unique skills do you have? I have excellent communication skills and I am very friendly. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job would be working in paradise where there is a sun shine everyday.
