getting nursing job in United Arab EmiratesWhat type of job are you looking for? I am looking Nursing jobs . What nationality are you? I am Eritrean. What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I can speak english fluently. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I can work everywhere outside my country but I prefer to work in UAE if i can get a chance to choose a nation because UAE is the place where so many nurses get good payment with excellent incentives. What countries have you worked in? i have not worked in any other country except my nation. What countries do you have a visa to work in? nothting What field do you currently work in? i am currently work in anesthesia field but i have worked as general nurse for the three years. What fields have you worked in before? i have worked as clinician in one regional referral hospital. What qualifications do you hold? i do have a bacheloar degree in nursing and masters degree in anesthesia. after i have finished my bacheolar degree ,i get hired in one regional referral hospital of eirtrea in which i had stayed for three years. then i found an oppuritinity to do my masters in anesthesia which consumed two years . Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? as my sugessation , medical perssonel should be equipped both with formal education and good skills. especially some field of nursing require good skill with excellent knoweldege which is acquired in formal education. to conclude my saying both are more worthy and more valuable. Describe the benefits of working with others working with others can give alot of expereince and alot of different culture. it is the way how people evulate their capacity ,skill, knoweldege , behavior and culture which can help them to aquire new expereince in their life. Describe the benefits of working alone if somebody can challenge one thing by himself alone he can develop good confidence in his career. working alone with good effincent result can help to measure the capacity you have which adds cumulative confidence in your work area What was your worst working experience? when i was a student in anesthesia to do my masters , i was working with inexperenced anesthesiologist and i saw one child was dead due to aspiration in the operation table. Infact i was assiting here but she was intubating and anesthesing him. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? in every carrer especially in medical feild a professional empolyer should be vigilant in his or her work.Vigliance is key and the core. What unique skills do you have? as i have already mentioned i have good anesthsia skills and knoweldege. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? my dream job is to be vigliant nurse care giver and composed nurse anesthetist. What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
