Both of them , because in nursing filed we needs skilles & knowlage.

It is very important to work to gother to form (team work), in nurse we must work as a team between (nursing , physition,pharmacy...)to complet good job.

I think in nurse we must to work as team , but in some case we must work alone to get more trust to people above you.
