no skills come alone , i think skills equals expert so to reach the expert you have to learn well as a formal education then by work and expert skills is on the way of greatness.

understanding the others point if view , compare my abilities with the others , knowledge of the newest techniques in veterinary pharmacuetical world ,with no doubt improvement of my talking , agility ,knowledgement skills absolutly benificial.

i think no experiences is bad whatever it makes just you keep learning from your previous experiences as it adds to your skills as well . so i think i never made a bad experiences.
