Dear Mr/Mrs, I would like to apply for the vacancy offered by your company as I consider myself being well educated and experienced to fulfill the duties for the position in question. I am hardworking, purposeful, reliable, enthusiastic and overall outgoing person. I always maintain good relationships with colleagues and respect working rules. I have a comprehensive work experience. My tasks for office manager and director assistant included – clerical work, coordination of business trips, presentation making as well as coordination of events for clients and personnel. I have been working also as an inspector for Constitution Protection Bureau where my general duties included – working for inside audit commission, electronic classified documentation program development, implementation and improvement, clerical work, PR coordinator assistance. My last occupation as a principal specialist – economist in Riga City Council has been given to me a wide range of knowledge in making financial analysis, controlling of projecting works, executing of documentation for making payments. Tasks mentioned above require several personality traits, like punctuality, easygoing character, flexibility, concentration and what’s more important – confidence, which I do possess. Furthermore I have graduated RSU European Integration Institute with Bachelor degree specializing in Administration of Small and medium business. I have received Master’s degree in Business management and environment, year 2004. At the moment I study International Purchasing Management in Design and business school TEKO. Through my study time at the university, I have achieved a very good knowledge of the overall fashion industry throughout subjects like Global Communication, Retail, Branding, Marketing management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Merchandising, etc. I have good speaking, reading and writing abilities in three languages: Latvian, Russian, and English. I have basic speaking and basic writing skills in German and Danish. I can work with MS Office, as well as MS Windows. I have a driving license category B. Due to my knowledge, work experience and high motivation, as well as ability to adapt quickly in unexpected, new situations would allow me to accomplish my duties and I would be delighted to start my work in your company as a trainee administrator.
