I consider Skills only More Valuable Because the People would get practical Experience and they can correct their Mistakes. The can get more Responsibilities by Practical Experience.

The worst Working Experience which I had was when I used to do my work correctly, My senior perosn used to scold me. They used to give me more work and they will be very free. I used to do my work and I used to do their work also.

The Most Importnat lesson which I have learnt through my career is When we do Hard Work we get Good Experience. we can learn many works and we can get more Responsibilities. The least interesting aspects of my field is I used to get little bored when I am working alone. I used to feel lonely also.
