working with others is very like minded system to me as many things could be learned from others in new environment. Friendly working is the good oppurtunity for a man working in pressure, and high deadlines.

There are benefits of working alone as no one disturbes you while you are working. Your mind do not get dispursed and you achieve the goals and ambitions. One can easily get to the point of mistake when he is working alone, which, while working in group cannot be achieved.
What was your worst working experience?
when i was working with the Sarhad Rural Support Organization, where no one had clear and significant job discription. It was totaly haphazard situation.
