Formal education or skills and why? Formal education is the base of professional education i think it is most required element in todays highly professional life. later skill based education comes to the quorum. As far as skills are concerned it is important but without grooming and professional growth skills cant be as much help full as formal education. Describe the benefits of working with others one and one becomes eleven, working in a group is 100% beneficial it distributes the work load and creates a healthy and competitive working atmosphere.if one makes any fault the other can cover it up. it saves time effort and money. Describe the benefits of working alone on the contrary, too many cooks spoil the broth, working alone some times gives relief and brings more ideas and strategies to one's mind for betterment. What was your worst working experience? well! i don't have any worst experience up till now, because each moment in my professional life was a learning experience and he is wise who learns from his mistakes, so none is my worst experience. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Put all ears to your work and management and don't put ears to rest, this is the best way to work with concentration.
