It is better to working with others because we get chance to have an acquaintance and feel happy and also whenever we perhaps are in critical and danger position, our collegues will helps us but at the same time we should have mutual understanding among one another.

Two higher officials fought very sincerly because of egoism prevailed between them on using me a scape-goat whenever i was working as control room engineer.
