Then I tried as secretary of a furniture factory for 5 days in Ajman, UAE but it did not work. What qualifications do you hold? *Diploma in Computer & Tourism Studies from the Philippine International School - Hongkong *3 years in Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering *1 year in Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education is a plus factor for work professionalism but a degree holder without skills is useless and can be considered company liability. Describe the benefits of working with others In my experience, team work is very important to have a successful outcome but each should contribute, consultaive, respect (person and ideas) of each member of the team, not a bean counter, must have the humility to accept that no one is perfect but perfection can be achieved only through concerted efforts. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone has benefits also especially when the work is more on intellectual side. There will be no professional jealousy and no need to consult and adjust to anyone's differences which sometimes a waste of time. But, man is not perfect. There are times that we need some people's opinions and advise even the best professionals in their own field. What was your worst working experience? working with people who cover their ineptness by acting superior but in truth they don't know how to do their work. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I learned that whatever and whoever I work with, I must do the best I can for the company I'm working with. I may not make everyone happy as long as I like what I am doing, deliver on time, work to the best of my ability, I'll be contented and happy.
