Acctually ,i work in travel agency as a reservation in istanbul What fields have you worked in before? i work a telephone operator for 1 year in Qatar in rotana hotel and i work a Nanny in club med Tunis for 3 years also i work a reception in Mouradi hammamet for 1 year What qualifications do you hold? i speak fluently english,arabic,frensh,italian also i know how i use opera in the computer (word,excell,internet)and im able to resolve the any require for the guest Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? first of all,i think that education is very important because you cannot find a job if you don't educated ,furthermore the skills you can get it from the work and the knowledge you have and you can succeed in your job if you have an objectif in your life and always the work can help you for training and you will be the best Describe the benefits of working with others if you can work with a team means that you are able to succeed in your job because with the team you can share all the problem of guest for exemple and you make handover if there is anything important you should to mention it ,to work with a team means you can be a manager one day because the manager need to manage their team and have a good manner with them,automatically the job will be on success Describe the benefits of working alone To work alone means you are able and you have enough of knowledge for this job you do it What was your worst working experience? în fact,i don't have any worst working experience because always i learn something in any job and when i finish my contrat all the staff they became sad because i have a good relationship with them ,im always smiling also in my voice you can feel that ,very cheerful and very quiet What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? whatis your reaction when the guest showting to you on phone ? it's really a good lesson and very important for me because i always have this case on the phone when im a telephone operator ,and to be quiet,and to listennig to the guest carefully is very interesting What unique skills do you have? i speak very good language and i know how i use opera in the computer and how to make reservation What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
