Formal education or skills and why? Well they both are needed.You need education for knowledge because in a certain level you might be having a formulated knowledge to apply on certain practical instances,on the other hand skill is an inborn talent which is natural power God has given you to apply on certain job function. in example tea tasting. Describe the benefits of working with others It's all about globalisation.it's very endless supply chain network.It does give u alot of knowledge and in result you get to share your knowledge because knowledge is power. Describe the benefits of working alone In working alone you get to make decisions that would either break or make a business.So it's also a great challenge. What was your worst working experience? I remmember one time i recieved an order late i had to work very late to accomplish my work and do tasting,branding,production and sales and marketing but managed to finish on time and wake the next day to go the auction room and buy tea. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? sticking to ethical working principle What unique skills do you have? My skill level are subjected to one area of field,it's a mix of many as stated hence it's the love to work or perform the task. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
