| 28 Bartender Needed Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures. Delivers exceptional guest service as defined by Stratosphere. Follows all operating procedures, safety regulations and Stratosphere policies and procedures. Essential Functions: Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures Maintains cleanliness and hygiene of work area, bar tops, floors and line equipment Receives, issues and keeps necessary records of liquor and other bar supplies Refills and stocks garnishes and glassware Follows cash handling and Info Genesis POS procedures Follows cash and comp procedures Maintains appropriate sound and music levels as designated by management Performs other duties as assigned |
