Being confident in Knowing every aspect of your position. Be aware of Job Vacancies in the ORGANIZATION. Find out more about the position that interest you and attend courses to keep you ahead of your colleagues, at the same time knowing what information to keep to yourself regarding courses and any extra tuition you are receiving. Be prepared to work beyond your normal working hours. Do your daily tasks with purpose and zeal. Use meetings, conferences and supervision and appraisals to sll yourself.
