Skills,because it is skill which gives practical experience for problem solving.

One can learn about perfection of job provided.While making mistakes,one can ask his colleagues and superiors for feedbacks. Thereby he can correct himself for future.

Knowledge about manufacturing and processing of drugs and medicines, their mode of action-metabolism,absorbtion,distribution, elimination e.t.c.Doses and counseling patients about Drug interaction and side effects.
