Formal education or skills and why? - Skills. Because formal education without a skill can not perfect anything. Describe the benefits of working with others - Learn what you do not know. - Can teach others what you know and what they do not know. - Sharing experience. Describe the benefits of working alone - Secrecy or condintiality. - Perfection. What was your worst working experience? A time when I was working with Politicians - Mayor's office whereby the Mayor and the Town Clerk were conflicting on certain issues. Me as a civil servant was torn apart. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? - Secrecy in an office is very important. Also cooperation among employees is very necessary if you are to succeed. Respect for one another whether the person is above you or below is crucial in any organisation. What unique skills do you have? - Communication Skills. - Typing skills. - Shorthand skills. - Conflict solving skills - Organising skills What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Working as a Secretary or Administrative Officer in an NGO. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? - The most interesting aspects of my field are writing shorthand which other people cannot inteprete except myself. As a secretary, i feel great being one of the most important people in any institution whereby all correspondences from within and outside pass through me. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? When I am not considered a great person in an organisation because people think that I am just there to type not knowing that an institutions success depends on me.
