I would consider more formal education and skills to be valuable for everyone. Since your skills should match to your education. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others give you the chance to learn new things, experiences and gather more knowledge Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone helps you to concentrate on the specific task at hand. One cannot be distracted working alone and be able to complete the task without much hazel. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience I had was when one of my coworkers were on vacation and all their tasks fell upon me and I had to cope with my work as well as their work.
