SKills The reason is that examination is not the only way to judge learners' capabilities. Moreso, skill includes, how to do something and why you are doing it, is it not awesome?? How and why

Describe the benefits of working with others

As we all know, one hand cannot carry a container to your head. I have one game at hand, it is all about team work. I cant be explaining it on line here. But that game is only saying that, for you to reach your goal easily, you have to work with others. 1 You will gain from others 2 You will share experience 3 You will learn new things from others 4 1+1>2

1 You will be more focus 2 You finished earlier 3 Liable to error

What was your worst working experience?

1 Working as a potter in a restuarant in London. The work was so hectic, i used to wash plates and kitchen utstensils.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

I have learnt that, no learner is stupid, all learners can pass. Impossibility is nothing.

Teaching and Calculation

Teaching Mathematics

2003 (I got 3 learners with distinction in Mathematics) 2004 (I another 4 learners with distiction in Maths) 2005 (Only one girl with distinction in Maths) 2006 (I produced 6 learners with distinction in Maths & 1 with 100%) 2007 (I got 7 learners with distinction in Maths & 2 with 100%) 2008 (I got 3 learners with distinction in Maths with highest score in the province. My reference is KZN department of Education, South Africa
