I consider more valuable skills thought a formal education and qualifications support the expertise and the job search. Also you can have plenty of qualifications but without skills the working experience would be limited ( at least to start with) Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others helps to develope definitely other skills as being part of a team, making decision as a team and growing as a team. And a good and harmoniuos team brings good quality of work which benefits the Company. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone enhance the skills as making decision alone and taking responsabilities as well. What was your worst working experience? working in a food factory as a worker. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Taking responsability and not being afraid of making mistakes which has allowed me to learn more, to grow and to become confident. What unique skills do you have? My dream job would be a job where I would find myself in perfect harmony with the environmemt, co workers and balanced between job/hours/free time/salary. Since I have mostly worked in education or childcare, the most interesting fields are how my hard work and dedication have impacted the learning process for a child and how children have learn skills for life.
