I've been a Forman in commercial and residental construction. I've owned my own business for over 10 years doing everything from framing to plumbing! I've had employees,scheduled jobs and built everything you could imagine in commercial and residental construction. I take pride in my work and my ability to be organized and work under pressure. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Be on time. Do what you say you are going to do. It has taught me to be a good problem solver. What unique skills do you have? First and foremost that of a Contractor. Looking what a job will cost,figuring out a schedule and implimenting it. Drywall,concrete,pluming,frmaing(steel and wood),flooring,windows,doors,trim,electrical,roofing,painting,demolition,tile,stone masonry,brick masonry,grid cielings,carpentry,duct work,etc! What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I'm doing it! What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Seeing something i built be completed and seing it through!
